摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,数字化转型已深入生活的方方面面.企业人力资源管理是组织战略的核心组成部分,采用数字技术成为提升管理效能和质量的关键,对推动企业高质量发展具有重要作用.本文从数字化背景出发,通过探讨数字化时代人力资源管理的特点、面临的挑战,提出针对性建议,以期为数字化时代人力资源管理工作提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,digital transformation has penetrated into every aspect of life.Enterprise human resource management is a core component of organizational strategy,and the use of digital technology in the process of enterprise human resource management has become a key factor in improving management efficiency and quality,playing an important role in promoting high-quality development of enterprises.Starting from the digital background,this article explores the characteristics and challenges of human resource management in the digital age,and puts forward targeted suggestions in order to provide reference and guidance for the development of human resource management in the digital age.
