数字化管理方法在电力企业中的应用研究

摘要
电力行业作为我国支柱型产业,承担着促进经济社会发展、保障正常稳定电力供应的重要任务.新经济时代,电力企业正处于转型改革的关键阶段,企业必须展现出极强的经营管理能力,确保跟得上时代发展脚步.因此,电力企业应主动将数字化管理方式融入企业管理各项工作,推动电力企业数字化转型、智慧化转型,实现电力企业的"精益管理、高效经营",持续提高电力企业的社会服务能力、项目盈利能力以及市场核心竞争力.基于此,本文简要分析了数字化管理方法在电力企业中的应用切入点,并阐述了数字化管理方法在电力企业中的具体应用要点.
Abstract
As a pillar industry in China,the power industry bears the important task of promoting social and economic development,and ensuring normal and stable power supply to society.In the context of the new economic era,power enterprises are in a critical stage of transformation and reform.Enterprises must demonstrate strong management capabilities to ensure that their development can keep up with the pace of the times.Therefore,power enterprises should actively integrate"digital"management methods into various aspects of enterprise management,promote the digital and intelligent transformation of power enterprises,and enable them to achieve"lean management and efficient operation",continuously improve their social service capabilities,project profitability,and market core competitiveness.Based on this,the article briefly analyzes the application entry points of"digital"management methods in power enterprises,and elaborates on the specific application points of"digital"management methods in power enterprises.
