With the rapid development of the automobile manufacturing industry,the welding quality of the axle shell,as a key component of the automobile,directly affects the overall performance and safety reliability of the automobile.This study aims to optimize the vehicle bridge shell robot welding process,improve the welding quality and production efficiency,using advanced algorithm to optimize the welding path,according to the shell structure and stress distribution reasonable set welding sequence and accurate welding trajectory,with test and simulation analysis,and real-time monitoring of welding process,in order to provide strong support for the efficient production of automobile manufacturing industry.
