In order to study the changes in the structure of R&D funding investment in Yunnan Province since the12th Five Year Plan,the current situation of R&D funding investment was analyzed and compared with the national,eastern,central,and western regions,as well as neighboring provinces;From the perspective of funding sources and allocation,a dynamic analysis of the R&D investment structure is conducted using the Cobb-Douglas utility function and its modified model.The results show that the investment structure of R&D funds in Yunnan Province is unreasonable,the proportion of government funds in the source of funds is relatively low and shows a downward trend,the investment in basic research and applied research in fund allocation is insufficient,and the deviation from the optimal structure is large.It is suggested to continue to increase the investment of government R&D funds,and improve the proportion of basic research and applied research around the industrial chain.
