新时代科研院所科学家精神传播路径研究

摘要
科研院所是我国创新驱动发展战略的主力军.应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革,科研院所既要提高科学研究能力,又要增强科学普及能力,还要深化科学精神引领,筑牢科技创新的深厚根基.以中国科学院科学家精神传播实践为例,对科研院所科学家精神传播现状开展研究,并从5W维度提出新时代科研院所科学家精神传播路径.
Abstract
Research institutes are the main force in implementing the innovation driven development strategy in China.In response to the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,research institutes should not only improve their scientific research capabilities,but also enhance their scientific popularization capabilities.At the same time,they should deepen the guidance of scientific spirit and establish a solid foundation for scientific and technological innovation.This study takes the practice of spiritual communication of scientists in the Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example,studies the current situation of spiritual communication of scientists in scientific research institutes,and proposes the path of spiritual communication of scientists in scientific research institutes in the new era from the 5W dimension.
