To explore the characteristics of leading original achievements,this paper presents a feasible index-Sleeping Beauty 2000-to identify leading original literature based on the analysis of representative literature regarding the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine and promotes it as a"time-practice"two-dimensional evaluation paradigm that reflects the pioneering and widely concerned literature:"Sleeping Beauty T-N".
