Advancements in Epstein-Barr virus-associated B-cell lymphomas:molecular mechanisms and targeted therapeutic strategies
Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)plays a critical role in the initiation and progression of various types of B-cell lymphomas through its infection of B lymphocytes.Research on EBV not only significantly enhances the clinical diagnosis and disease monitoring of B-cell lymphomas but also provides key insights into its pathogenic mechanisms and the development of precise and effective therapeutic strategies.This review summarizes recent advancements in the study of three common EBV-associated B-cell lymphomas:Burkitt lymphoma(BL),Hodgkin lymphoma(HL),and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).It focuses on the molecular mechanisms underlying EBV infection in the pathogenesis of B-cell lymphomas and systematically discusses EBV-targeted therapeutic strategies and their clinical potential.These findings provide valuable theoretical foundations and practical guidance for advancing precision medicine research and clinical translation in EBV-associated diseases.
