In-plane electric polarizations in homobilayer moiré superlattice
Recent study has proposed spatial distribution of in-plane electric polarizations in homobilayer moiré superlattice based on theoretical models,and the electric polarization vectors constitute topologically nontrivial spatial texture.Taking bilayer hexagonal boron nitride and biased bilayer graphene as examples,the topological texture of electric polarization in the moiré superlattice with twisting and strain is quantitatively investigated.This provides theoretical guidance for further experimental exploration for electric polarization in moiré superlattice.
