摘要
本文分析了 2023年度国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部项目申请、受理、评审和资助总体情况,总结了管理科学部关于防范整治评审专家被"打招呼"顽疾的重点举措,并提出了 2024年项目评审的工作思路.
Abstract
In this paper,we review the work of Department of Management Sciences of National Natural Science Foundation of China,including accepting project applications,organizing peer review and grants awarding in 2023.Specially,we summarize the key measures taken to prevent and control the problem of review experts being"interfered with",and put forward the work guidelines for project review in 2024.
