Development and prospect of cement-based grouting materials for coal mine
Cement grouting material is the key link of the grouting technology.Due to the high strength,low price,abundant raw material and non-toxic,the cement grouting material plays a key role in the fields of roadway surrounding rock reinforcement,soft rock mine,mine fill-ing,water plugging,anti-seepage and water inrush prevention in the coal industry.It is an ef-fective way to improve the characteristics of cement slurry,enhance the physical properties of hardened cement paste,and obtain high performance,multi-function and green grouting mate-rials by adopting certain technology or appropriate admixture.In this paper,the framework of the grouting material system was presented for coal mine,including grouting theory,grouting material,grouting equipment,grouting technology and engineering application.The research results of cement-based grouting materials in recent years were reviewed,including superfine cement-based grouting materials,fly ash-cement grouting materials,cement-water glass grou-ting materials and other cement-based grouting materials,such as polyurethane-cement,gra-phene oxide-cement,nanomaterial-cement,activated coal gangue/slag-cement and fiber-cement materials.The advantages,disadvantages and engineering application conditions of dif-ferent cement-based slurries were summarized for coal mine.Moreover,the engineering appli-cations of these materials were introduced in coal mine surrounding rock reinforcement,mine filling,water plugging,anti-seepage and borehole sealing.In addition,the development trend of the grouting materials was prospected,which will point out the direction of research and de-velopment for the grouting materials in coal mine.
