Research on dynamic characteristics of complete dynamic model of vibrating screen based on spatial six degrees of freedom
The dynamic characteristic of the vibrating screen is an important index to study its working performance.The motion of the screen body is the coupling between the six directions in space.In order to accurately analyze the motion characteristics of the screen body,a six-de-grees-of-freedom(6 DOFs)complete dynamic model of the vibrating screen was established based on the Lagrange method.On this basis,the dynamic model was numerically solved by the Runge-Kutta method,the motion trajectory of the discharge end,the inlet end,and the center of mass on the non-motor side of the vibrating screen were given.The spatial mode of the vibrating screen and the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the vibrating screen under the condition of small damping and no damping were solved by analytical method.The vibration test of the prototype was carried out,and the vibration amplitude of the three positions and the long-axis angle of the running trajectory were compared and analyzed with the numerical calcu-lation results.The results show that the structural parameters of the vibrating screen and the shock absorber spring parameters will lead to the coupling motion of the vibrating screen.When the excitation frequency is close to the natural frequency corresponding to each degree of free-dom,the other degrees of freedom will be affected and resonate,and the existence of damping will reduce this influence.The numerical calculation results of the dynamics model are very con-sistent with the test results,and the error of the two is basically within 10%.The dynamics model of the vibrating screen with six degrees of freedom has high accuracy.
