摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是最常见的痴呆类型.随着认知损害加重,AD患者的生活质量和社会功能严重降低,对患者的家庭和社会产生广泛的影响.大量研究表明,AD的病理生理变化早在临床症状出现之前便开始了.在缺乏药物有效治疗的情况下,业内研究者逐渐关注AD风险的预测.近年越来越多的AD风险预测模型被开发,文中基于不同特征和生物标志物开发的AD风险预测模型展开综述,为识别AD高风险人群、认知损害的早期发现和干预提供依据,并为后续AD风险预测模型的开发提供参考.
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is the most common type of dementia.With the decline of cognitive function,the quality of life and social function of AD patients are seriously reduced,which has a wider impact on patients'families and society.A large number of studies have shown that the pathophysiological changes of AD begin before the clinical symptoms appearing.In the absence of effective drug treatment,people gradually pay attention to the prediction of AD risk.In recent years,more and more AD risk prediction models have been developed.The AD risk prediction models developed based on the different characteristics and biomarkers were reviewed,which provides a basis for identifying AD high-risk groups,early detection and intervention of cognitive decline,and provides a reference for the subsequent development of AD risk prediction models.
