摘要
帕金森病(PD)是一种常见的中枢神经系统变性疾病,认知损害是PD常见的非运动症状之一,其机制目前尚不完全清楚.神经影像学技术可以显示疾病特异性的结构和功能特征,是研究PD认知损害发生发展机制的强大工具.文中将从神经影像技术中的磁共振成像和正电子发射计算机断层扫描两个方面,对近年来PD认知损害的神经影像学研究进展予以综述.
Abstract
Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common central nervous system degenerative disease.Cognitive impairment is one of the common non-motor symptoms of PD,and its mechanism is not fully understood.Neuroimaging technique,which can show disease-specific structural and functional features,have been a useful tool to study the mechanism of cognitive impairment in PD.The recent advances in neuroimaging of PD cognitive impairment were reviewed from the aspects of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and positron emission tomography(PET).
