摘要

原发性失眠是失眠中最常见的一种类型,入睡困难、睡眠维持障碍、早醒、睡眠时间不足或质量差是主要特征,同时影响日常功能,并排除身心疾病所致的失眠(如脑血管疾病、帕金森病、精神障碍,等).大量研究证实中枢神经递质紊乱与失眠密切相关,在维持清醒和困倦中起着重要作用.文中主要探讨单胺类神经递质(去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、5-羟色胺)、氨基酸类神经递质(谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸)和肽类神经递质(食欲素)对原发性失眠的作用.

Abstract

Primary insomnia(PI)is the most common type of insomnia,mainly characterized by difficulty falling asleep,sleep maintenance disorders,early waking,insufficient sleep time or poor quality,while affecting daily function,and precludes insomnia caused by physical and mental diseases(such as cerebrovascular diseases,Parkinson's disease,mental disorders,etc.).A large number of studies have confirmed that central neurotransmitter disorders are closely related to insomnia and play an important role in maintaining wakefulness and sleepiness.The effects of monoamine neurotransmitters(norepinephrine,dopamine,5-hydroxytryptamine),amino acid neurotransmitters(glutamate,γ-aminobutyric acid)and peptide neurotransmitters(orexin)on primary insomnia were investigated.
