摘要
肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS)是一种累及上、下运动神经元的神经退行性疾病,主要表现为进行性肌无力及肌萎缩.除运动障碍外,ALS还伴随许多非运动症状.其中,认知损害和行为障碍是最常见的非运动症状.多域认知缺陷对疾病进展、预后和治疗有深远的负面影响.近年来随着影像学的发展,许多研究开始使用多模影像探索ALS认知损害和行为障碍的标志物.文中就ALS认知损害和行为障碍的多维度神经影像学研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a degenerative disease involving upper and lower motor neurons,which is characterized by progressive muscle weakness and atrophy.In addition to motor disorders,ALS is accompanied by many non-motor symptoms.Cognitive and behavioral disorders were the most common non-motor symptoms.Multidomain cognitive deficits have a profound negative impact on disease progression,prognosis,and treatment.In recent years,with the development of imaging,many studies have begun to use multimodal imaging to explore the markers of cognitive and behavioral disorders in ALS.The multidimensional neuroimaging research progress of cognitive and behavioral disorders in ALS were reviewed.
