摘要
RNA结合基序蛋白3(RBM3)是一种RNA结合蛋白,在低温诱导下RBM3表达增加.近年来,RBM3在中枢神经系统中对神经的保护作用引起了人们的重点关注,被认为是一个具有潜力的治疗靶点.文中对RBM3的表达、神经保护作用机制以及在各种神经系统疾病中的研究进行了综述.
Abstract
RNA-binding motif protein 3(RBM3)is an RNA binding protein,which has been found to increase its expression in response to low temperature induction.In recent years,the protective effects of RBM3 in the central nervous system has attracted much attention.RBM3 has been considered as a potential therapeutic target.The expression of RBM3,neuroprotective effects and mechanism studies in various neurological diseases were reviewed.
