摘要
原发性头痛已成为重要的公共卫生问题,但目前中国头痛临床诊疗还存在诸多不足.随着越来越多的新型偏头痛特异性治疗药物在中国获批,亟需制定适合中国实际情况的成人原发性头痛评估和治疗规范,泛长三角头痛诊疗专家团队结合国内外临床实践经验,经多次深入讨论最终形成"泛长三角头痛诊疗专家建议".专家建议的内容主要包括偏头痛、紧张型头痛和丛集性头痛三类常见原发性头痛的评估、检查、诊断、患者教育和治疗.
Abstract
Aim Primary headaches have become a significant public health issue,yet there are still many problems in the diagnosis and treatment of headache patients.With an increasing number of new migraine-specific drugs being approved in China,there is an urgent need to develop the management standard for the assessment and treatment of adult primary headache that are suitable for the actual situation in China.Experts from the Pan-Yangtze River Delta for Diagnosis and Treatment in Headache have finally formulated this expert consensus after integrating clinical practice experience from both domestic and international sources.The consensus includes the evaluation,examination,diagnosis,patient education,and treatment for migraine,tension-type headache,and cluster headache.
