Objective:To explore the application value of BSSFP sequence with three-phase in fetal cardiovascular MRI.Materials and Methods:The MR images of 38 cases of fetal cardiovascular system with no abnormality revealed by prenatal ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed, and all of them were scanned by BSSFP sequence with single-phase and three-phase.Three MRI doctors analyzed the anatomical structure of the four-chamber view and the transverse aortic arch view and scored them in the two groups of images. Results:Statistical differences were found between the single-phase scanning and three-phase scanning scores of the transverse aortic arch view(P=0.048).As for the four-chamber view for 38 selected pa-tients,there was no significant difference(P=0.620).Conclusion:The BSSFP sequence with three-phase is helpful to improve the image quality of fetal cardiovascular, especially at the transverse aortic arch view, which can better display the anatomical structure of fetal extracardiac vessels and provide a new imaging idea for the display of fetal cardiovascular structure.
