Objective:To discuss the imaging manifestations and pathological results of 15 cases of uterine carcinosarco-ma,and to improve the understanding of radiologists about the disease. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed for CT,MRI,pathology and examination results of 15 cases with uterine carcinosarcoma who were treated by surgery in our hos-pital.Results:There were 8 cases with pathological stage Ⅰ,2 cases in stage Ⅱ,3 cases in stage Ⅲ,and 2 cases in stage Ⅳ.The average maximum diameter of the lesions was(5.83±2.39)cm,most of them had necrosis, and 1 case on CT and 8 cases on MRI had hemorrhage.Five cases had different degrees of CA125 increase, and the pathological stage correlation analysis was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Uterine carcinosarcoma is large in size and has a high probability of hemorrhagic necrosis, while MRI hemorrhage can be used as a reference for preoperative diagnosis, which is ring-like or strip-like along the inner wall of the uterus, which has certain characteristics and is gradually strengthened.
