摘要

目的:探讨 15 例子宫癌肉瘤的影像学表现及病理结果,提高影像医生对本病的认识.方法:回顾性分析 15 例子宫癌肉瘤患者在我院手术确诊的CT、MRI检查和病理、检验检查结果.结果:病理分期Ⅰ期 8 例、Ⅱ期 2 例、Ⅲ期 3 例、Ⅳ期 2 例.病灶平均最大径(5.83±2.39)cm,大部分有坏死,CT有 1 例、MRI有 8 例出血.5 例CA125 有不同程度的上升,与病理分期相关性分析无统计学意义.结论:子宫癌肉瘤体积大,出血坏死机率较高,而出血征象在MRI中有一定的特征性,可作为术前鉴别诊断的参考资料,它沿子宫内壁呈环状或条状,病灶增强扫描呈渐进性强化.

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the imaging manifestations and pathological results of 15 cases of uterine carcinosarco-ma,and to improve the understanding of radiologists about the disease.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed for CT,MRI,pathology and examination results of 15 cases with uterine carcinosarcoma who were treated by surgery in our hos-pital.Results:There were 8 cases with pathological stage Ⅰ,2 cases in stage Ⅱ,3 cases in stage Ⅲ,and 2 cases in stage Ⅳ.The average maximum diameter of the lesions was(5.83±2.39)cm,most of them had necrosis,and 1 case on CT and 8 cases on MRI had hemorrhage.Five cases had different degrees of CA125 increase,and the pathological stage correlation analysis was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Uterine carcinosarcoma is large in size and has a high probability of hemorrhagic necrosis,while MRI hemorrhage can be used as a reference for preoperative diagnosis,which is ring-like or strip-like along the inner wall of the uterus,which has certain characteristics and is gradually strengthened.
