From the perspective of migrant workers'social integration,the study uses the dynamic monitoring data of the national migrant population in 2017 to construct evaluation systems for the digital economy and employment quality.Then,the study uses the entropy method to measure them,and analyzes the relationship between the two systems with the quantile regression.It shows that the digital economy has a positive impact on migrant workers'employment quality which still holds significant after endogeneity and robustness tests.The quantile regression results show that the overall impact of the digital economy on the employment quality of migrant workers shows an inverted"U"shape.In further mechanism testing,it proves that social integration has a positive impact on the relationship between the two systems.Finally,based on empirical evidence,we propose to focus on migrant worker group with medium to low skill levels,and to cultivate urban humanistic care atmosphere to enhance their ascription.
