Trace 1310 gas chromatograph was used to determine trace impurity gases in industrial hydrogen
The existing Trace 1310 gas chromatograph was remoulded by adding a nickel reformer, flame ionization detector(FID)and a molecular sieve column to replace the deoxidization column,in order to set up one point correction method. The point correction method is used to analyze trace impurity gases such as O2+Ar,N2,CO,CO2 and CH4 in industrial hydrogen, having the advantage of a sample injection which is not affected by the temperature and pressure before and after the injection. The relative standard deviation and recovery rate were 3.21%~4.92%and 97.60%~100.79%seperatively by this simple method. It provides the basis for the quality judgment of hydrogen production or newly purchased industrial hydrogen in the high-salt wastewater advanced treatment unit of our company, which the operation is simple and the analysis speed is fast.
