聚氯乙烯离心母液废水具有COD浓度低、SS浓度高、可生化性能差等特点.国内某化工厂新建聚氯乙烯装置离心母液废水采用冷却水塔+调节池+水解酸化池+接触氧化池+二沉池+多介质砂滤+臭氧高级氧化(AOP)+生物活性炭(BAC)+净水炭滤器+离子交换床+终端过滤组合工艺进行回用处理.母液废水在进水指标COD169 mg/L、浊度 50NTU、电导率 257 μs/cm条件下,出水指标可达到COD1.22 mg/L、浊度 0.28NTU、电导率 0.9 μs/cm,稳定达到入料纯水水质标准.

PVC centrifugal mother liquor wastewater has the characteristics of low COD concentration,high SS concentration and poor biodegradability.The centrifugal mother liquor wastewater of a new polyvinyl chloride plant in a domestic chemical plant is reused using the combined process of cooling tower + regulating tank + hydrolysis acidification tank + contact oxidation tank + secondary sedimentation tank + multi-media sand filter + ozone advanced oxidation(AOP)+ biological activated carbon(BAC)+ water purification carbon filter + ion exchange bed + terminal filtration.Under the conditions of inlet index COD169 mg/L,turbidity 50 NTU and conductivity 257 μs/cm,the effluent index can reach the level of COD1.22 mg/L,turbidity 0.28 NTU and conductivity 0.9 μs/cm,and the effluent can reach the standard of pure water quality.
