Application of Six Sigma management in weight control of PVC packaging bags
In this paper,Six Sigma in improving the weight control of PVC packaging bags for the study of stability,based on Six Sigma management theory and the factors influencing the quantity of picking bags,the main work focuses on the application of Six Sigma project research methods,through research projects,one to improve the stability of the weight control of packaging bags,for the company to bring economic benefits,reduce labor intensity,improve product quality,secondly,it also provides reference and reference for the application of Six Sigma in production management.
