With the continuous improvement of automation in chlor-alkali industry,the role of control instruments in production is becoming more and more prominent,in this paper,the reasons for the abnormal situation of the control instrument in the operation of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant are analyzed,and the scientific and effective treatment measures and solutions are quickly put forward.In order to reduce the resulting stop loss,to ensure the long-term stable operation of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant,to achieve the best operating benefits of enterprises.
