摘要

阐述了搅拌体系对本体法聚氯乙烯树脂成粒过程以及产品质量的影响,通过成粒机理分析和搅拌体系的研究,认为搅拌是影响初级粒子的关键因素,也是影响最终粉末料颗粒形成、B级品率及产品质量的重要因素.

Abstract

This paper expounds the influence of mixing system on the granulation process of ontology method PVC resin and product quality.Through the study of granulation mechanism and stirring system:stirring is the key factor affecting the primary particles,stirring is an important factor affecting the formation of the final powder particles,stirring is an important factor affecting the rate of grade B product and product quality.
