摘要
由于悬浮法聚氯乙烯生产属于间歇式生产,氯乙烯又属于有毒介质,在日常生产中可能存在有毒气体泄漏并引起报警器报警的情况,对聚氯乙烯装置的平稳生产以及员工的身体健康造成不利的影响.为解决这一问题,深入分析报警原因,制定专项措施,从而减少现场可燃与有毒气体报警(GDS)发生的频次.
Abstract
Because the production of suspended PVC is a batch production,and vinyl chloride is a toxic medium,there may be a situation in the daily production that causes the leakage of toxic gas and causes the alarm to alarm,which will have an adverse impact on the smooth production of the PVC plant and the health of employees.In order to solve this problem,the causes of the alarm were analyzed in depth and special measures were formulated to reduce the frequency of on-site flammable and toxic gas alarms(GDS).
