聚焦电石法聚氯乙烯信息化的主要问题,通过定制化开发与工业应用MES信息化管理系统、生产工艺自动控制系统、设备智能监测系统以及能源管理信息化平台,提高了生产运行和能源管理效率,取得了良好的实践效果.
Abstract
Focusing on the main issues of polyvinyl chloride informatization using calcium carbide method,customized development and industrial application of MES information management system,production process automatic control system,equipment intelligent monitoring system,and energy management information platform,has improved production operation efficiency and energy management efficiency,achieving good practical results.
