Infrared spectroscopy study on polyvinyl chloride molecular structure
The molecular structure of polyvinyl chloride was studied using mid infrared(MIR)spectroscopy(including one-dimensional,derivative and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy). The experiment found that the infrared absorption mode of polyvinyl chloride molecular structure mainly includes νC-H,νasCH2,νsCH2,βC-H,γC-H,νC-C,ωCH2 and νC-Cl.The spectral resolution of deconvolution MIR spectra of polyvinyl chloride molecular structures is superior to the corresponding one-dimensional and derivative MIR spectra, which can provide more spectral information related to crystalline/amorphous structures.
