介绍了氯气处理工序容易出现氯气泄漏的部位、采取的管控措施及出现泄漏时的应急处置措施,以达到对易泄漏点的重点管控及泄漏时合理处置的目的.
Abstract
The positions prone to chlorine gas leakage and the control measures taken were introduced,as well as the emergency treatment measures when chlorine gas leakage occurred,so as to achieve the purpose of key control of the easy leakage point and reasonable disposal.
