介绍了污水处理装置处理PVC母液水的工艺,对生产污水降解,在生化处理、阴床阳床混床等工艺的条件下,保证微生物的存活条件,优化各控制点的工艺参数,将母液水的COD由 200 mg/L左右降至 3 mg/L以下.
Abstract
The process and control of PVC mother liquor water treated by sewage treatment plant were introduced,the production wastewater was degraded,the survival conditions of microorganisms were ensured under the conditions of biochemical treatment,yin bed and yang bed mixed bed,and the process parameters of each control point were optimized,and the COD of mother liquor water was reduced from about 200 mg/L to less than 3 mg/L.
