Abstract
By deeply cultivating the"four-in-one"large-scale cost control with strategic cost,system cost,enterprise cost and product cost management as the core,and taking"increasing production and income,saving and saving expenditure"as the breakthrough point,the quality and efficiency of all employees,the whole process,the whole industry chain and all factors are improved,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
