摘要

分析了盐化工行业人才激励的现状,通过对盐化工人才激励方式的创新实践与研究,认为优化的创新型和个性化的人才激励方式对于盐化工企业具有重要意义,通过实践案例分析,提高员工的工作积极性和创造力,促进盐化工企业的可持续发展.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the current situation of talent incentive in the salt chemical industry,and through the innovative practice and research of the talent incentive mode of the salt chemical industry,it is believed that the optimized innovative and personalized talent incentive method is of great significance to the salt chemical industry,and through the analysis of practical cases,the work enthusiasm and creativity of employees can be improved,and the sustainable development of salt chemical enterprises can be promoted.
