摘要

介绍了聚氯乙烯通氯生产氯化聚氯乙烯的技术要点,探讨了使用碱液吸收法处理氯化聚氯乙烯废气的原理、工艺流程、影响因素及效果,并分析了碱液吸收工艺参数对处理效果的影响.研究结果表明,碱液吸收法能够有效去除氯化聚氯乙烯废气中的有害物质,为工业废气处理提供了一种可行的方法.

Abstract

The main technical points of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride production by chlorination were intro-duced.The principle,process flow,influencing factors and effect of treating chlorinated polyvinyl chloride waste gas by alkaline solution absorption method were discussed.The effect of lye absorption parameters on the treatment effect was analyzed.The results show that the lye absorption method can effectively remove the harmful substances in the waste gas of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride,which provides a feasible method for the treatment of industrial waste gas.
