摘要
在糊树脂生产中,聚合釜内壁、搅拌轴及桨叶等处会形成粘釜物.粘釜物会混入产品中影响产品的质量,而且清理粘釜物会延长聚合釜的生产周期.可以通过高压清釜装置的应用来保障产品质量,增加效益.
Abstract
After the polymerization reaction in the production of paste resin,the inner wall of the polymer-ization kettle,the stirring shaft and the paddle will form sticky kettle.The slime will be mixed into the prod-uct and affect the quality of the product,and cleaning the slime will prolong the production cycle of the po-lymerization kettle.Through the application of high-pressure cleaning device to ensure product quality and increase efficiency.
