压差法盐酸深度解吸工艺的研究与应用

介绍了氯乙烯合成副产酸的来源,阐述了盐酸深度解吸技术的工艺原理和技术特点,总结了压差法盐酸深度解吸装置的运行情况.结果表明,装置解吸出的氯化氢气体纯度>99%,解吸后回用水中的氯化氢含量<1%,可全部回用,彻底解决了氯乙烯合成过程中的酸、水不平衡问题.
Abstract
This paper introduces the source of by-product acid from vinyl chloride synthesis,expounds the process principle and technical characteristics of hydrochloric acid deep desorption technology,and summa-rizes the operation of differential pressure method hydrochloric acid deep desorption device.The results show that the purity of hydrogen chloride gas desorbed by the device is more than 99%,and the content of hydro-gen chloride in the desorbed recycled water is less than 1%,which can be reused completely,and the prob-lem of acid and water imbalance in the process of vinyl chloride synthesis is completely solved.
