Abstract
This paper introduces the scale-up practice of phosphorus trichloride production process,sys-tematically describes the scale-up stages of phosphorus trichloride production process,points out the pre-cautions for process scale-up,puts forward the optimized scale-up scheme and precautions after produc-tion,and summarizes the prospect of phosphorus trichloride industry.
