摘要

主要阐述了超临界CO2流体制备发泡聚氯乙烯塑料的原理及发泡过程.根据生产工艺的不同,超临界CO2发泡工艺可分为间歇成型、注塑成型和挤出成型等.同时探讨了影响发泡聚氯乙烯材料的泡孔结构因素,展望了超临界CO2流体制备发泡材料的发展前景.

Abstract

This article mainly elaborates on the principle and foaming process of preparing foamed polyvinyl chloride plastics by supercritical CO2 fluid.According to different production processes,the supercritical CO2 foaming process can be divided into batch molding,injection molding,and extrusion molding,etc.At the same time,the factors affecting the cell structure of foamed polyvinyl chloride materials are discussed,and the development prospects of preparing foamed materials by supercritical CO2 fluid are prospected.
