转化器是氯乙烯合成的主要反应设备,因长期使用不当或管理不严,有可能出现内漏或报废的现象,给企业造成巨大的经济损失.本文通过对转化器的结构、触媒的装载、乙炔通量、温度、压力等进行全面分析,从而实现对其科学合理的使用和维护.
Abstract
The converter is the main reaction equipment for vinyl chloride synthesis.Due to improper long-term use or lax management,internal leakage or scrapping may occur,causing huge economic losses to the enterprise.This article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the structure of the converter,the loading of the catalyst,the acetylene flux,temperature,pressure,etc.,so as to achieve its scientific and reasonable use and maintenance.
