氯乙烯精馏残液分离工艺分析及优化

采用流程模拟软件对氯乙烯精馏残液分离提纯1,1-二氯乙烷的工艺进行了模拟分析,并提出了适宜的控制参数.结果表明,根据计算的参数进行生产控制优化,残液中的氯乙烯可高效回收,1,1-二氯乙烷的纯度可提高至98%以上.针对控制参数优化后存在的问题,提出了进一步的优化解决方案.
Analysis and optimization of separation process of residual liquid from vinyl chloride rectification
The process of separating and purifying 1,1-dichloroethane from the residual liquid of vinyl chlo-ride rectification was simulated and analyzed by using process simulation software,and appropriate control parameters were proposed.The results show that by optimizing the production control according to the calcu-lated parameters,vinyl chloride in the residual liquid can be efficiently recovered,and the purity of 1,1-di-chloroethane can be increased to more than 98%.In view of the problems existing after the optimization of control parameters,further optimization solutions are proposed.
