摘要

副产氢气通过压缩机加压后进行除杂处理,再进变压吸附装置提纯,生产高纯氢,得到的高纯氢一部分送加氢母站外售,一部分回用乙二醇装置.该项目有效提高了氢气利用率,降低了装置安全风险,同时减轻了前端煤制氢气工序的负荷,降低了生产消耗,达到了节能减碳的目的,提高了企业经济效益,也为同行业氢气综合利用提供了参考.

Abstract

By-product hydrogen is pressurized by a compressor and then undergoes impurity removal treat-ment.It then enters a pressure swing adsorption device for purification to produce high-purity hydrogen.A portion of the obtained high-purity hydrogen is sent to a hydrogen refueling master station for sale,and a portion is reused in the ethylene glycol device.This project effectively improves the utilization rate of hydro-gen,reduces the safety risk of the device,and simultaneously reduces the load of the front-end coal-to-hydrogen production process.It reduces production consumption,achieves the goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction,and improves the economic benefits of enterprises.It also provides a reference for the comprehensive utilization of hydrogen in the same industry.
