This paper introduces the technological process of polymerization recovery,analyzes the causes of abnormal agitation in polymerization kettle,excessive heat transfer of reflux condenser,selfpolymerization in distribution station,and slow recovery in recovery system,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.Through the formulation of preventive measures,the polymerization reactor and recovery system can be safe,stable and efficient operation,improve the utilization of the reactor,capacity and other further release.
