摘要

通过在氯乙烯装置中引入先进过程控制(APC)技术,以其作为氯乙烯装置数字化智能控制的着力点,深入分析了 APC系统对提高生产效率、降低能耗、确保产品质量的重要作用,对促进化工行业制造智能化、数字化及低碳减排具有积极的指导意义.

Abstract

By introducing advanced process control(APC)technology and applying this system in vinyl chloride plants,taking APC technology as the focal point of digital intelligent control for vinyl chloride plants,this paper deeply analyzes the great significance of APC system in improving production efficiency,reducing energy consumption and ensuring product quality.It has positive guiding significance for promoting intelligent manufacturing,digitalization and low-carbon emission reduction in the chemical industry.
