摘要

介绍了新建盐酸乙醇项目的物料性质和生产工艺,采用预先危险分析法对主要危险有害因素导致事故发生的触发条件、危险等级以及管控措施进行分析,为后续采取具有针对性、可操作性和经济合理的安全设施设计提供重要支撑.

Abstract

This paper introduces the material properties and production process of the newly-built ethanol hydrochloride project.The pre-hazard analysis method is used to analyze the triggering conditions,hazard levels and control measures of accidents caused by major hazardous and harmful factors,providing impor-tant support for the subsequent adoption of targeted,operable and economically reasonable safety facility de-signs.
