通过探讨换热器冷热流体的流动规律,改变冷热流体的流动状态,模拟芒硝降温析出过程,把目前富硝盐水在冷冻环节的冷冻降温温差从16 ℃降低至4 ℃,降低冷冻所需功率70%以上,同时对工艺设备进行优化,达到初期投资和节能降耗的目的.
Discussion on cold recovery of freezing remove sulfate radical
By discussing the flow laws of hot and cold fluids in heat exchangers,changing the flow states of hot and cold fluids,and simulating the precipitation process of mirabilite as the temperature drops,the tem-perature difference of freezing and cooling of sulfate-rich brine in the freezing link is reduced from 16 ℃ to 4 ℃,reducing the power required for freezing by more than 70%.At the same time,the process equipment is optimized to achieve the purposes of initial investment reduction and energy saving and consumption re-duction.
