Through the analysis of the fuel characteristics,particle size characteristics,ash slag compo-nents,and pollutant emission concentration of the purification ash from the calcium carbide furnace,a new high-efficiency and clean incineration treatment process for the purification ash from the calcium carbide furnace has been developed.This paper introduces the operation of the test device,analyzes the problems during the operation,and elaborates the economic benefits generated by this process.
