摘要

综述了海湾化学氯碱-乙烯平衡法聚氯乙烯生产工艺各环节气体样品的色谱分析方法,介绍了色谱气体分析中用到的阀切换、反吹、预分离等色谱分离技术及TCD、FID、FPD等色谱检测器在气体分析中的应用.海湾化学对色谱气体分析的改进和创新为气相色谱技术用于氯碱-PVC行业的气体样品分析提供了参考.

Abstract

This paper reviews the chromatographic analysis methods for gas samples in each link of the poly-vinyl chloride production process by the chlor-alkali-ethylene balance method of Haiwan Chemical.It intro-duces chromatographic separation technologies such as valve switching,backflushing and pre-separation used in chromatographic gas analysis and the applications of chromatographic detectors such as TCD,FID and FPD in gas analysis.The improvements and innovations of Haiwan Chemical in chromatographic gas analysis provide a reference for the application of gas chromatography technology in the analysis of gas samples in the chlor-alkali-PVC industry.
