基于微通道反应器耦合反应萃取强化制备过氧化二异丁酰的研究

研究了过氧化二异丁酰的反应体系、反应温度、碱浓度等因素的影响,发现有机溶剂作为萃取剂明显抑制了原料的水解,在反应温度为0℃、碱浓度为20%,有机溶剂保护下,过氧化二异丁酰的收率达到75.6%.并进一步探究了反应过程机理,由于OH-离子和H2O2在溶液中形成的过氧化合物的形态,有机溶剂对异丁酰氯缓释作用以及对过氧化二异丁酰的萃取保护的双重作用.
Preparation of diisobutyryl peroxide by reaction extraction coupling enhanced based on microchannel reactors
The influence of diisobutyryl peroxide reaction system,reaction temperature,alkali concentration and other factors were investigated.Under the protection of organic solvents at a reaction temperature of 0℃and alkali concentration of 20%,the yield of diisobutyl peroxide reached 75.6%.Furthermore,the mecha-nism of the reaction process was explored.It suggested that organic solvents as extractants significantly in-hibit the hydrolysis of raw materials and OH-ions regulated the morphology of peroxides in the solution.And the reaction mechanism suggested the high yield was due to the dual effects of organic solvents on the slow-release effect of isobutyryl chloride and the protection of diisobutyryl peroxide in extraction were also investi-gated.
