Hotspots and trends in research on motoric cognitive risk syndrome from 2013 to 2023:a visualized review
Objective To analyze and summarize the research status, hotspots and development trends in the field of MCR from 2013 to 2023,with a view to providing reference for future research in this field. Methods This study collected literature on MCR published during 2013-2023 from Web of Science, and the citespace 6.2.R4 software was used for analysis. Results A total of 118 papers were obtained.Related studies mainly focused on the impact of MCR on adverse health outcomes,MCR epidemiology and related influencing factors, and MCR intervention. Conclusion At present, there are still few studies on MCR.In the future,we can further study the performance indicators of MCR in predicting dementia,so as to promote the early screening and identification of in-dividuals at high risk of dementia. At the same time,we will continue to conduct a larger-scale in-depth study on the risk factors of MCR,further verify the existing risk factors, explore the unknown factors, establish the causal relationship between each risk factor and MCR,and further explore the potential mechanism of action. In order to improve the self-management awareness of MCR,promote the outcome of MCR,and reduce or delay the occurrence of dementia, the management and self-management of this group were stud-ied as an important topic.
