Observation on the clinical application effect of a breathable and pressure reducing electrocardiogram monitoring electrode for preventing pressure damage[
Objective To investigate the effect of a pressure relief.Methods A total of 200 hospitalized patients from January to December 2022 were selected,and randomly divided into 100 patients of observation group and control group.The observation group using a kind of breathable stress protection ECG monitoring electrodes,the control group using ordinary electrode,compare the two groups of patients after complications,the frequency of daily electrode replacement,extra replacement electrode,and road spent back and forth the average time,extra cost rate,comfort,patient satisfaction,medical satisfaction.Results The complications of the patients of the observation group were much lower than that of the ordinary electrode,and were statistically significant(P<0.01).The frequency of electrode replacement,the average time,and the extra cost were statistically significant(P<0.01).The comfort,pa-tient satisfaction and medical satisfaction were all higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The breathable pressure prevent pressure damage of ECG monitoring electrode is better than ordinary electrode,reduce the incidence of viscose related skin damage,save nursing staff time,reduce the cost extra spending,the comfort is good,economic and practical,cost saving,reduce patient pain,improve the patient satisfaction,medical satisfaction,practical.
