The value of the application of knowledge,belief and practice model in nursing intervention on anxiety and treatment com-pliance of elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension
Objective To explore the value of the application of knowledge,belief and practice model(KAP model)in nursing intervention on anxiety and treatment compliance of elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods Selected in February 2021 to April 2022 management of senile diabetic hypertension patients 100 cases as the research object,according to random num-ber table method,divided into observation group(n =50),the control group(n =50).Two groups are symptomatic treatment inter-vention method,the control group of routine nursing intervention measures,on the basis of the observation group is on the basis of conventional nursing increase KAP model of nursing intervention measures.one week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after comparing the two groups before intervention,intervention of anxiety(SAS)score changes,compared two groups of treatment adherence for patients,compared the two groups before intervention and intervention for 3 months the quality of life score(SF-36)changes.Results Two groups of patients after the intervention one week,2 weeks and 4 weeks of SAS scores than lower scores before intervention,while the observation group in the different time after intervention in patients with SAS score lower than the control group(P<0.05);Diet,exercise,life work and rest,according to medical drug compliance proportion,observation group were 94.00%,98.00%,90.00%,84.00%,the control group were 80.00%,84.00%,74.00%,60.00%,the observation group is higher than the control group(P<0.05);Within 3 months of intervention of SF-36 dimension score higher than that of before intervention,observation group score higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention of elderly diabetes hypertension KAP model,can effec-tively control the anxiety patients,to improve the therapeutic compliance of patients and the quality of life,is worth promoting.
